Terms and Conditions

  1. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment has been made in full of all sums owed by the Buyer in respect of these goods or otherwise, and whether or not such sums are then due or owing.

  2. In the event of the Buyer defaulting on paying any sum due to the Seller, the Seller shall have the right to suspend further deliveries until the default is made good. The Seller reserves the right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to pass information relating to overdue accounts to Licensed Debt Collectors for the purpose of the collection of the overdue debt. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest against persistent late payers.

  3. No claim for damaged goods or short delivery will be entertained unless the Seller is notified by the Buyer within 5 days of the delivery of the goods.

  4. No goods may be returned to the Seller without prior authorisation.

  5. While the Seller will endeavour to notify the Buyer of any impending price changes, the Seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notification. The price charged will therefore be the price ruling on the day of despatch.

  6. The Seller will accept orders, at its sole discretion, but normally if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing and if the order is in keeping with prevailing terms and conditions of trade.

  7. No order may be cancelled by the Buyer within 3 day of the anticipated delivery date.

  8. The goods shall be delivered to the address specified in the order. Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer at the place of delivery. Unless written instructions are given to the contrary, the signature of any person at the place of delivery shall constitute proof of delivery.

  9. Although the Seller will endeavour to meet the dates and times specified for delivery, the Seller shall not be liable in any manner for any delay or failure in delivery.

  10. The Seller’s liability for breach of contract (including defective goods, claims about quality or condition, or short or wrong delivery) shall be limited at the Seller’s option to replacement of the goods / making up of any shortfall, or refund the price paid by the Buyer for the goods (or a proportionate part of the price).

  11. The Seller’s aggregate liability to the Buyer in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by the Buyer.

  12. The Seller shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of any obligation arising from any cause or causes beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

  13. The Seller reserves the right reserves the right to supplement or change these terms and conditions from time to time. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that any such changes or supplements are made reasonably apparent to the Buyer.

  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Courts of England.

  • How Will My Order Be Packaged?
    All Prints will be packaged securely in a hard back parcel with a waterproof protective layer inside to prevent any damage whilst in transit.
  • Do You Offer Commissions?
    Whilst the artist will be taking commissions, there are some guidelines we suggest to follow to avoid rejection. The artist will be more likely to accept your commission if your brief already relates to his current creative interests, such as: horses, movie characters and cowboys, this does not however mean your commission will be denied if it is outside of the guidelines. Although we aim to answer all requests ASAP, please allow time for commission requests to be answered.
  • I Would Like To Return My Product, What Do I Need To Do?
    ‍An item can be returned if it is in the same condition as it was when you bought it, with its original tags and packaging, and with its receipt. Here’s our process; 1.Send us an email at WilsonVenablesArt@gmail.com with your return request as well as your order number. 2.Send us your item(s) to the address provided as soon as possible after informing us. To be safe, we recommend sending items via recorded delivery, and to retain proof of postage. Postage is not payable by Wilson Venables unless your item was damaged and prior agreement has been made that we will reimburse your payment. 3.After receiving your item back, you should receive your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.
  • What If My Item Is Damaged?
    If your product is damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately at Wilsonvenablesart@gmail.com. From here we will assist you in returning and replacing (or refunding) your product. When returning a damaged or faulty product, please ensure that you use the original packaging.
  • How Long Will My order Take?
    We like to give a 5-10 business days until you will receive your order, however in generally it usually will not take this long, depending on many factors such as how many orders we have to process.
  • What Is Your Returns Policy?
    We always hope that you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you do decide that something isn’t quite what you want, you can simply return it to us in the same condition that you received it in, within 28 days from receipt of the product, and we’ll refund the cost of the item to you.
